I bought ready to move 2bhk floor from BPTP from their unsold inventory. But the builder is not giving me possession since 7 months after BPTP taking full payment of 1.5 cr. What should I do. We being senior citizen has been cheated. Builder is saying that they are repairing roof . After repair they shall handover.

15-20% down is correction only, the Bubble will burst soon with a crash of 60%-70% in Tier I cities. Think about what happened in the 2008 crash.
