I really like these, you get a very nice and reliable product for relatively little money. They just become superfluous as soon as there's any kind of always-on server in the network. I'm running the Controller software off of my Windows-based server, but could also use my Qnap NAS.. Ended up selling my Cloudkey (for a small profit, even!) after running the windows version without any issues for a few months.
