well we certainly appreciated the kind words, buddy! we can't wait to get into the new shop full time and share even more stuff with you guys from there!
Always love seeing folks learn about welding, Spike seemed to enjoy himself and that desk looks awesome! The American Gothic inlay is a fantastic touch xD
Heads up, unsolicited advice incoming. Patina- 1. Clean with solvent ie acetone, brakeclean etc 2. Scrub with soap and distilled water 3. Dry 4. DA with 80 grit as consistent as possible 5. Clean with soap and distilled water 6. Dilute patina 2:1 with distilled water 7. Using a grey or worn out red scotchbrite apply patina directly to the scotchbrite and with light but even pressure rub onto to metal surface until consistent coloring 8. Dilute patina 1:2 with distilled water and repeat until desired color tone. Do not use full strength or allow it too sit too long. It’ll build up a thick scale and fall right off. EPI or Surfin are your best bets with patina. Sculpt nouveau is trash. ✌🏼
Rein as in horse Reign as in queen. 'Given free reign..?' I think the language is officially evolving. Outstanding design btw. Should be a thumbnail sometime.
It seems that the Mice do play when the Cat is away ! 🤣 It Looks Great and as mentioned before, you can change the insert ! Holiday season , Silly Season and No reason Season ! 😳 Great Job Guys ! 👍 From Down Under 🦘 Cheers Andy 👍
Pretty rad artwork on the panels and the nice brazing touches. My CNC Plasma is on its way and these builds are inspiring. I aim to have my own little version of a shop like this in North Idaho soon🤘
If I was a prospective client and came into a workshop THAT TIDY, I'd probably call the DEA. Or the Revenue. Edit: oops sorry guys. Now, about that spiral staircase...
Good Lord... So much Yapping! I gave up half way through...
I gotta say that all the people at LAS are really cool and unique artists. Can't wait to see what comes out of the new shop. Stay safe.

Thanks so much for the advice. We wish we heard this before the project, ha.

Is that a Fireball Tool welding square,
They mention using them in the video at some point :)
@@Gergith I fast forward sometimes. It looked familiar.
Very nice, as usual. But you guys are a riot.
Them shop boys do do some nice work as they play..!
And to think that now all that is left to do is to paint the left window frame black. Details
What's the blue liquid being applied to the steel?
That is JAX Iron, Steel, & Nickel Blackener.
Did you guys ever bother doing the epoxy on your langmuir tables?
love it
Just a silly question, WHAT do you guys actually do for MONEY?
We make things. And sell them. Sometimes. - Spike
You guys should try PEMS instead of welding in nuts. Much cleaner!
If I was a prospective client and came into a workshop THAT TIDY, I'd probably call the DEA. Or the Revenue.

Fixture table my ass, that’s a fixture island! What’s that, 6 x 12?
Its 5'x10'. That was the maximum size of sheet we could fit on the plasma table.
Well, like in football, for some odd reason, players make mistakes and coaches get fired. Sooooo, best wishes Tay. We'll miss you. 😂
Let me pick who gets fired!
Don't pick Spike. - "Tay"
Less bs just show us how made it....
How made it? Nice grammar 🤣🤣
I think you should name the channel "unimaginable disappointment". God this channel starts to feel like a podcast instead of cool building stuff.
