Ooh, You don't have to do all that. Open the right back door of your Is300h. You just have to dismantle the plastic covering the conical filter. And then you aspiring the dust. Drive it till the dashbord message disepear. That's all yo!!
Attention! For the one who tried but still didn’t work, you have to unplug the + connected on the battery ( the small on the left side in the trunk ) and wait for 10 minutes, after you connect again and start the car, the error disappears!
You forgot to clean the filter that sits on the duct that goes all the way to the right side of your rear seat after the fan. Just cleaning the fan will not be enough.
Hi risto there is a filter or guase in the system that catches the dirt also, I have not personally seen it but Lexus showed me photos of it and how dirty it was it was replaced once for me on my is300h. This starts off with a battery cooling system fault. My is300h battery went down because one of the cells in the battery dropped 2volts lower than the rest and shut down the hybrid system dash board like a Christmas tree. Lexus will only replace the full battery and lucky for me as I have been servicing with Lexus they will give full hybrid warranty. My car a 15 reg has around 250000kilometres
Not really, car is exceptionally good on tyres and does good fuel, I drive in eco all the time a d if you drive it right it's as good as a diesel and if you just drive it on it will be thereabouts very comfortable seats Bluetooth excellent sound system no real issues. Only thing I don't like is the xenon h light bulbs the light is no better than a h7 as on my previous avens is but at 80 euros each after 2yrs I could have bought 32 h7s at the motor factor's but I wouldn't have gone through that many h7s but that's the bulbs are going in cars these days, you know when the zenons are on the the way because they start to flicker a bit because they are gas filled and are slowly losing the gas, buy only the top named bulbs ie genuine lexus or hella or tungsram because there is some shite being sold that lights up but you can t see 2 feet in front of you and won't pass any test just put the right one's in and be done with it, where you. Before the electric turbine you have an element that you have to remove from the net in the form of a sieve, that's where the dirt collects

Is it dangerous to keep driving? I can’t fix it till Monday and this is appearing on my dashboard 😬😬

Hey. You still need to use diagnostic tool to delete the error message unfortunately.
I found if you disconnect the 12volt (inside left in boot/trunk) overnight it knocked out warning
