Well, actually she and Sora have known each other even before Polka joined Hololive (which is not too surprising, given that Polka has been around for a long time, via previous identities). I think that's also why you treat Sora more casually than other Hololive members. In any case, don't worry: As a good fan of Sora as she is, I guess Kanata knows perfectly well that Sora would prefer to be treated more normally ... and it is clear that in the video she behaved the way she did, too, for the sake of entertainment.
