By looking you can tell if it's amul or not. By the color. Also most of the places in Mumbai uses rich cream which is made from hydrogenated oil but they are using cream in their desert.

I m ur big follower but sometimes i feel like u being a hypocrite of not saying properly about street vendors.u should have first asked for a amul butter stall rather than complaining about using neutralite.vendors provide best food according to their savings and eating neutralite once in a while wont give u a heart attack.
