The smartest thing this band did was to hire those 3 singers in the back. They add SOOOO much to the sound. Lead singer is super dynamic and talented. 2nd best thing they did was to create all this mystery around themselves. Very refreshing... like Kiss without the ego for the kids of today.
Sleep Token is defining a genre completely their own, not quite fully rock or metal, but not really any other currently defined genre, either. Check out their albums, you won't regret it!

I'm a 66 year old white woman. I've seen a lot rock genre bands come and go. Only a handful have really caught me right away. Sleep Token is the latest. I'm looking forward to more.

I love this band, but I completely agree with the frustration of calling this metal from metalheads. They're a community, the scene is part of them, and keeping what "I'm into metal" means, the same, seems fair to me.
Im into old metal shit. Im a piano player and play guitar and piano at the same time. These guys are awesome. Love the mix of metal and piano and 3 and 4 part vocal harmonies. Its cool as hell

The audio in this is phenomenal! So much detail from everyone performing you can't hear in several other videos. This is close to an in-ear monitor level of audio which is far more preferable than listening to tone deaf people sing along them lol.
