It has been having it's "launch party" for 10 years or so now, and Marie (the character that the one clip you put in the video was showcasing) is apparently going to be the last character they'll make for the game. I'm not sure if they have any corelation with TF2 but they do like making crossovers. I was sad to hear Valve declined it, I love both games.

The strength of the class and the strength of the individual items are two completely different things and you shouldn't argue for one with the other. I main Spy, I know just how bad he is sometimes - yet I still agree that the Diamondback and the Dead Ringer + Kunai combo should receive a nerf. I also think that he needs some basekit buffs, but again that is different from his item unlocks.

I think the spy’s camera could potentially work if instead of marked the enemies can be marked for death. I would suggest replacing the secondary and therefore turning spy into a much more team oriented support class that provides guaranteed mini crits for his team. By replacing the sapper spy’s secondary slot would still have more use even when the enemy team doesn’t have engineers. Maybe the marked for death effect could work on buildings as well so that spy can still be somewhat used against engineers. And that it would need the spy to actually aim it on the target so that it would need sone level of skill to be utilised effectively. I would probably add one more downside to it by giving the camera a sound effect when used. It doesn’t have to be loud but maybe a subtle but noticeable camera sound so that it rewards players for paying attention and punish spies that aren’t actively being stealthy when using it.

I gave those 8 seconds of invincibility and we managed to run in, melee a heavy to death, and escape alive somehow. We were both in disbelief. That was fun hehehe
here's a rework to the "Spy Camera" in the video: (7:00) the camera snaps a medium sized area in the middle of the screen, giving a brief outline on the position of enemies and enemy buildings. you need a clear line of sight without any obstruction to be able to outline things for your team and would replace your sapper. the camera will be put on a cooldown when taking a picture. *The Observation* _Level 10 Camera_ Take pictures of the enemy team and their buildings to outline them! +taking pictures of the enemy will reveal their location for a brief moment -taking pictures will reveal your location to the people you photographed (you outline yourself to them for half a second) -taking pictures removes your disguise (maybe, probably not)

I gave those 8 seconds of invincibility and we managed to run in, melee a heavy to death, and escape alive somehow.

here's a rework to the "Spy Camera" in the video: (7:00)
the camera snaps a medium sized area in the middle of the screen, giving a brief outline on the position of enemies and enemy buildings. you need a clear line of sight without any obstruction to be able to outline things for your team and would replace your sapper. the camera will be put on a cooldown when taking a picture.
*The Observation*
_Level 10 Camera_
Take pictures of the enemy team and their buildings to outline them!
+taking pictures of the enemy will reveal their location for a brief moment
-taking pictures will reveal your location to the people you photographed (you outline yourself to them for half a second)
-taking pictures removes your disguise (maybe, probably not)
this 'weapon' would be good for warning teammates about a sentry or just alerting the team that there's a nest somewhere.
killbind and explodebind are both funny in different senarios
