I have never complained about ads, but the actual podcast to ad ratio on this one was brutal. I’m not a crew member, but I do pay for UA-cam so I can skip them but damn that was a lot.
Honestly, having the ads interspersed within the podcast is MUCH more tolerable than having one big pre-roll section. I usually watch the ad-free version, but couldnt be bothered today. Didnt skip a single ad.

I love how Matt opens the show by saying they're in such close proximity to all the manufacturers.. then launches so hard into an Aston Martin rant that Chris looks worried for his safe 😂 I assume that was the Aston booth Chris looked over his shoulder at in fear? 😅
What happened with the coverage this year? I know they couldn't do the time trials but they literally announced the winners after the top ten cars. Wtf ? I watched through hours of coverage. I look forward all year for this event. Hopefully next year the wind doesn't f up everything. Oh well. Love yall❤
I think after a super fast pass like an F1 car or rally car etc... they need like a 1914's *something* as a palate cleanser, That way the next pretty fast car going up doesn't get a "meh" from the crowd and puts things back into perspective.
the audio was EXTREMELY bad, completely unlistenable, to a point where I was shocked they even bothered to upload it. Which is a shame because they had a good guest so I hope they get him into the studio for a redemption episode. Looks like they removed it because without a doubt that video was doing more harm than good
This podcast is good enough that you can live with the crappy audio.

Just a shorter show than usual. I turned off the YT mid rolls because of the length but we have to put the others in there.
It also pay for YT so the ads don't matter, you should try watching a NASCAR race live on TV if you want to see a gross ad to content ratio.
