I'm simply amazed that, not only did someone make Garfield-themed clones in no less than three different flavours, but also the NES clone is a hack of _one of Dr. Mario's prototypes_ (They even attempted to modify the nurse sprite to look like Liz!). That dog in the little scene next to the playfield actually wouldn't look out of place in the Garfieldverse in my opinion. I love how the Game Boy clone(s) takes the dancing virus sprites from Dr. Mario DX and the "emoji virus" sprites from the NES Dr. Garfield clone, but doesn't match their "colours".
There is actually a Game Boy Color version of Dr. Garfield not shown here, which is almost identical to Dr. Mario DX. The NES and MesenHD versions are the way to go though, as they're different from basic Dr. Mario.

It's an IPS patch. You need to apply it to a ROM of Dr Mario for Game Boy. Get a ROM of Dr Mario for Game Boy and patch it using Lunar IPS (program EXE), or another IPS patcher, or you can do it on the ROMHacking website.
