I felt sad watching this because here we are in 2016 and hit songs are getting more recognized than actual talent. Get Weird is out now, we can hope for a wonder at the Grammys 2017. Gosh, and the most painful to watch were Perrie and Leigh at 1:05, they obviously are disappointed because people don't appreciate their hard work :(

I recommend them to leave Simon's label....THEY AREN'T GETTING THE TREATMENT THEY DESERVE AND PROMOTION...Also I think they should start in the US now...Just go to UK later...The fact that 1D is a bit going down in the charts and 5H not that pumping the charts (Highest top 13 for SMG and then top 30s the next weeks and 5H only getting top 40 as the highest) can give them a higher chance to be sucessful in the US, make a no.1 hit and win a Grammy!!! How do they Market themselves? How is it unprofessional? They be themselves, what you is what you get. they show their true personalities, they don't hide behind some image and pretend to be someone else. It's inspiring how they put themselves out there creatively and don't hide who they are. They are weird, funny and amazing girls and your just too stupid and ignorant to see it
+Smokey Mann how are they un professional? they dont gride their asses on chairs or shake their asses on stage like 5H.though 5h is very professional off stage also.Little Mix's manager only has connections in Europe and japan they need a second manager who has connections particularly in the US so they can get more publicity. they're not unprofessional at all.They know what they want and they're striving to get to it. That was a dumb ass comment that wasn't even backed up by facts why don't you brush up on your facts is your google broken?
