Bro mera wair 102kg hai aur mai amarnath yatra par ja raha hu baltal se amarnath gufa 12 km hai trekking aur mai koi exercise nahi karta kya mai kar paunga plz bataye

As far as I have heard - Amarnath is a tricky trek, and you need to be fit... online resources also says regular exercise karo.. will ask in the community if somebody has done it
