i have a stradic FM 1000HG knowing i saw the issues that circulated about it. BUt it has been the best reel i have ever had! been dunked in saltwater 5 times straight on different fishing trips, still smooth as butter, but there is clicking noises when you reel in hard, guess that goes for almost all FM reels. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this reel for saltwater/freshwater
i"ve heard some bad stuff about the new stradic do you reckon its better than the fl? i got told im better off getting the fl since that does'nt make a wierd noise i like the fms look better
So far, I've put about 50 fish on it, most of those being small/medium and only a few decent fish. I need to put a few hundred fish on it including some big flathead and let's see how it holds up. So far, the FM is looking good, however if you could get an FL at a clear-out price then don't hesitate. I own 2 x FLs, and those things are tried and true and near fault-less. I do expect that we'll be saying the same thing about the FM when the FN comes out in a few years hahaha
@@juzchillin2081 yeah that always happens the older one will be glazed same hapenned with the curados😁 The FL is about 10$ cheaper if the fms better i will buy that just dont know if it is?
