- Greg tells the tale of a naked man experiencing a psychotic episode on the cursed fourth floor of the Hotel Cecil -the same floor where Elisa Lam stayed when she had a psychotic episode and mysteriously disappeared and later found dead in the water tank.
Greg, what a story! I remember you telling me shortly after it happened about this crazy naked man on the 4th floor tossing stuff off the fire escape down to the ground below.
Your comment about first responder reaction being VERY different in Skid Row vs Beverly Hills makes a huge statement!

Cops probably know him. He goes in and out the system and they don’t like dealing with him. He ain’t doing anything serio enough and knows it.

I live in a gov funded building. Cecil is that. They looked at him and said drugs. Manager issue. I deal with this daily.

..Because they will lose their jobs and can't afford to feed their family, when this whole episode goes south and the dude gets shot because he charged a cop with a knife. Stop restraining the cops and defunding them, and prosecuting them... Go watch a Dirty Harry movie and see why it was safer 60 years ago...
