kampung Naga is also known to be The Kampung of Water Guardian. in a documentary about the revitalization of Citarum River, mentions them as the guardian of the river for hundreds of years, all the way through their ancestors
Oh wow we had no idea. The river there was so big and powerful. I can only imagine the significance of it in their lives. We'll have to take a look at that documentary!

There is s special bond and understanding that comes when friends ( mates ) come together and spend time in nature. Its a time of sharing and story telling that comes from stepping into the peace that the natural world wants for us. What a Beautiful, gentle interaction you had with the mother and children in her home and in the Kampung......what Graceful, Joyous souls. There was a BEAUTIFUL STILLNESS there, through the traditionanal practices of the villagers and can't help but feel the No electricity plays a big role in that as well. There was a BEAUTIFUL STILLNESS there, through the traditionanal practices of the villagers and can't help but feel the No electricity plays a big role in that as well.
