    You have inspired me to get back into cooking and BIR. I was never really into curry until I went to the UK. The old style BIR was a thing of legend when I was there in the 90's and I am genuinely excited to give it a crack at home. You are a legend for share these amazing old school techniques.Thank you good Sir.

    Never tried makhani. Is this the same as butter chicken? Have to give it a try.😊

      makhani translates to butter
