Will you believe me if I said that in MHXX the crimson Arzuros was the most hard to beat for me even when it was the first of the mutated monsters
@@ricardoavalos1162 I mean it depends mostly on weapon and style. I cleared all redhelm quests (it was hunt, capture, slay and redhelm with bonus monster I guess)in under 10 minutes solo using hammer and adept style, taking no damage (or in other words countering any attack it tried to deal to me) and stunning it every 3 attacks. Which weapon were you using?

@@HunDev_PL the first time I fought against it, I used doble swords and adept style but, the first time I defeated it I used great sword and aerial style jumping like Xiao in genshin impact.
Watching you attack these monsters with half (or less) HP, zero attempts to heal, minimal (or zero) buffs, no stun resistance, no earplugs gives me the kind of anxiety I didn't know was possible.
You should see some of the runs people do when they run Heroics.

I am convinced that ted only wears armor to protect us, and not to protect himself.
Ted is the only one who can wear fatalis armor and not succumb to turning into a fatalis himself
He wears armor made from tungsten to purposely slow himself down.

something not alot of people know about SnS, is that pressing A towards the end of a dodge instantly sends you into back step.
It's not amazing but if you want to get into your rush, or want to extend your i-frames, it's good to know.
If you play sns even sometimes and don't know that move, then I don't know what to say

I've started using it more recently, as well as falling shadow. Both are great for positioning but I got by ok just rolling and mashing hard bash combo for a good while lol

The “look who fell asleep first, prank him John” was probably one of my favorite parts of any video you’ve ever made man, that was gold.
I truly feel that our palico AI in Rise has reached a peak that directly reflects how much we've loved them over the years (veteran hunters) I'll never forget those bomber cats slow walking a mega to stagger my targets at just the right moments.
The one change I'm glad Rise made to bomber palicos is that they cant friendly fire anymore. At least I don't think they can..
Not sure if this is a training montage or a warming-up session for Team Ted.
Nevertheless, we will witness the team's exploits in the new area.

@@destroyerneb8600 It's moreso that it really feels one-dimensional compared to other weapons, who all have like 3 combos that flow into each other and special gimmicks to work with.
Here with IG, you only have 2 combos, a few tilt moves (and the only one you'd use would be Forward+A), 2 moves you're barely gonna use and something you're gonna use only for getting extracts.
Which is why imo Speed and Powder Kinsects are better than assist types, since they provide more versatility in your gameplay, but Speed types do little damage if you can't hit a weak spot, which there's a good chance is not where you're aiming if you use a blunt Kinsect.
was an ig main in iceborn, but it doesnt feel as nice in rise so i had to leave it behind, you will be missed O7

Yeah, I hunted the Allmother, solo, just to vibe to its theme, I also did it to Miztsune about 10 times

With the Apex Arzuros Emergency, you had the right idea with Sticky/Cluster HBG. But as powerful as it is, you NEED people to keep the monster off you so you can rain down destruction on the target. I brought my own Sticky/Cluster set to my first attempt at that quest, but I responded to a Join Request. Easiest quest of my career, but that may have been because of my good fortune of having a fellow Sticky HBG in my party and a Longsword. Still, proves you're way better than me.
Once fought that apex with a team of heavy bowgun users while I was a bow. I felt blessed by the gods

Can we just appreciate how absolutely stunning all mother is as a final boss, she has one of the best themes in the series IMO and that combined with how absolutely bonkers the fight is with her flying around freely and with her insane attacks, honestly capcom really outdid themselves with that one
She has some cool moves and is decently challenging for a game that is generally viewed as too easy. I just hate her design visually and the arena. Feels like I'm playingnsome weird anime game or something. Compared to some of the other final bosses that really felt like monsters in their den, she feels kind of silly and over the top
@@joesheridan9451 Wait, you had Xeno Jjiva (alien monster), Shara Ishvalda (vibration rock fingertip monster), Ahtal Ka (praying mantis that controls a giant mech), and those are just final bosses. How is Narwa over the top? Like, I would actually like to know. I would also like to know how the arena is weird, yes it doesn’t really fit Narwa the Allmother. But..besides that it’s quite an amazing arena.

@@matiasgomez2033 all mother 100%, I love the gore magala/shagaru fight with all my heart and it has an awesome theme, but something about all mother hits different, you fought it and its spouse once already and so it knows you and resents you, now it’s met its spouse and squares up against you ready to die and give it everything to protect its young and it shows with the crazy power it uses in the fight, that coupled with the incredible theme with it being a mix between ibis hi and narwa with a feeing of rage and sorrow and grace, shagaru hit a lot of those notes with the rivalry and is an awesome fight, but once again all mother just hits different, and Xeno is just big glowy dragon with a ok fight and a meh theme

I'm late but fun fact if it wasn't already obvious enough. The apex emergency quests have about a 2.25x the normal damage of the deviant I mean apex monster.
So in other words drink your mega armorskins fellow hunters and use hardshell powder. This has been a brief defense PSA.
