Listen to Tim Henson's collab with Marcin on UA-cam, it's called Classical Dragon, which is a single from Marcin's debut album. I think you might like it. Extremely talented players and very young. Tim Henson is the one playing the white electric guitar in this video.
@@gabriel.rs1 they also got A38 Rocks back in the old time, but as tim scott said now they really focused on how to spice their music live focused (thomann interview). hell yea
This exactly. People be hating on Polyphia while at the same time bemoaning the fact, that "guitar-focused music" isn't as popular as it once was. These kids are in the process of bringing that back. No matter if you like their specific style of playing, you can't hate the lads for that.
was there in the front rows absolute fucking vibe great stage presence great mixing. Fucking love polyphia as guitarist myself they are the example of guitar and songwriting mastery
The move they pull at the end, standing back to back like that. A band mate of mine and I did that once, just for fun when we were playing at a bar. Was a really cool feeling to riff off like that. You can tell these guys are having so much fun playing and so much love for music.
Just saw Polyphia live in Strasbourg (France), I met Tim and Scott walking on the street (very chill guys tbh), got 2 picks at the end of the show, most def' one of the best show I've been to.
I was there! Literally the main reason I got tickets for friday despite the horrid weather and otherwise not very impressive lineup. Awesome show by one of my favourite bands, but just the wrong audience for this kind of music. I think I'll try to catch one of their non-festival shows next time, or see them at a more rock-oriented festival instead of something as poppy as pinkpop.
Not their audience, but still a good performance. They should have done Brand New Day with Babymetal to expose themselves more. They deserve more attention.
The beauty of it is that now it is cutting edge. A couple generations down it will be elevator music elevating the next generations playing more greatness. Ow yeah!
These guys are SO good i damn near cry when i hear em, and kick ass good people too! Ive been needing this for FUCKING DECADES. I grew up in the hair band era, and it was aweful....alot of shreddin, but as a guitarist, its soul crushing, robotic at best, and was devoid of everything that Polyphia is. I wish i could get everyone to just put their feet in the water. This shit fullfills my inner/outer guitarist and blows me away EVERYtime. Lately ive been building a kitchen in our basement, and have to stop dead in my tracks and just shake my head in awe...and this isnt new for me, ive produces 3 guitarists, and have grandkids that have the gene too. We are METAL lovers in every nook of this family. These guys have given us something soulful to hold on too. I hope they live forever and never stop innovating and crushing my skull!! YES,YES,YES
Btw....as far as im concerned, EVERYone of these guys is the best at what they do. "Whos the best drummer youve ever heard dad? Duh....Neil Peart, no question". Well.....not anymore, and have NO reservations saying it, the most amazing cymbal work EVER. And lets be real, hes the glue, the bass is the heat gun to cure it, cus Scotty and Tim are hurricanes shaking the fucking ground. Real talk kidds
Finally, a live video shot by a person who knows that polyphia has two guitar players
LMAO fax
Tim's great and all but we really need more Scott.
YESSSSS
Now we only need them to know that there’s a bass player too
@@Kynowah Funny thing is I think I see people talk about Aeschliman more than Gober. Gobers a monster bassist.
Bro the drums out of this world 💀
Everything in this band is out of this world
Auschman is so fucking good
Hung out with Clay in NOLA 2019
Sounded like the guitars were falling apart, but the drums held it all together.
I am 73 years old...and this Band is outstanding...I`ve listened to a lot of bands, but this is incredible...welcome in my Hearts

I'm 97, this band is quite good
@@martinemesguitar 127 here, I do enjoy this band as well.
70 and I'm down with Polyphia............wish I were there.....and you too. No doubt we would talk....and dance.
75.....marcin, ichika and polyphia 🎉❤
Scott's rhythm tone on 40oz is so good.
4:27 lemme hear you fuckin scream for no reason
Love scott 😂
They look like they're having the best time! awesome to see
i love seeing them play the Worst live, the way Tim and Scott's parts sound together is magical
i think this is the first pro shot ever from polyphia, at least in festivals.
Not seen the dallas one?
@@Lazarus20 i saw, but was his own pro shot. pinkpop is a big festival with famous streaming, i mean this.
@@gabriel.rs1 they also got A38 Rocks back in the old time, but as tim scott said now they really focused on how to spice their music live focused (thomann interview). hell yea
I'm 4 months old... back in my day music was good, but this just blows me away!
Lol what
Damn yoube been living long😂.
The joy on Tim's face when he starts playing "The Worst" riff. I swear, that's gotta be his favorite riff to play.

No diddy
11/10 one of the best bands to come out in the last 20 years & not a single word needs to be sung / spoken. true magic
0:48 what a lucky polyphia fan
Underrated comment XD
Absolutely fantastic camera and sound work! I'm glad these guys are bringing back guitar virtuosity to a mainstream audience.

This is the first Pro-shot Polyphia show on the youtube!! finally after years of waiting and watching iphone videos from the crowd
was there in the front rows absolute fucking vibe great stage presence great mixing. Fucking love polyphia as guitarist myself they are the example of guitar and songwriting mastery
I love how Tim just abuses his whammy at the end
Drummer is insane !

Finally a camera man that remembers that polyphia are a band not just Tim Henson.
the bassist beg to differ
@@unhealow Everyone knows if clay gets the spotlight people are gonna melt from his insane playing and he is gonna be the new frontman
@@Connorloll no the camera just forgot about him lol
@@unhealow I don't know what video you're watching, but I see him a decent amount in this video def more than most live recordings dawg
@@Connorloll bro doesn’t get filmed once for the worst i don’t think we’ve watched the same vid
dude!!! the harmonies in "the worst" sound so cool !
3:22 - the power of a constant snare roll. Great band - great music.
"40oz" is a GREAT bangin' composition! It and "Yas" are my favorites before they blew up with _Remember That You Will Die_.
Just saw Polyphia live in Strasbourg (France), I met Tim and Scott walking on the street (very chill guys tbh), got 2 picks at the end of the show, most def' one of the best show I've been to.
Each one of these four guys would be far and away the best member in any other band.
This crowd doesn’t deserve them
Kut, ik heb wat gemist 🤯🤬 hopelijk vonden jullie het leuk in Nederland 🙏❣️ tot gauw
Die komen wel weer terug!
шо вы погневу
We need more for this band!
The best sounding live concert video from polyphia
Clay Gober always gets f'd in the mix. If you listen unbelievably closely, you can hear some incredible bass playing 😅
He does some bass playthroughs on his youtube channel where you can hear all that bassy glory
in Scottie we trust
clay a so clean. Those rolls sheesh
we want all the show.
God if I ever saw polyphia play live 😭🔥
the sound of this live is so gorgerous!

If they didn’t perform at Pinkpop I would’ve never discovered them.. But I agree with you, the crowd was meh! But these guys are so freaking good
I saw them monday in Amsterdam. It was amazing. The crowd was wild as well. The problem was they only played for like 35 minutes.
Pinkpop used to be a rock festival.
Not their audience, but still a good performance. They should have done Brand New Day with Babymetal to expose themselves more. They deserve more attention.
? They performed it last month
But here at Pinkpop Babymetal was right after them and I was so hoping for them to come on stage too :(
Graspop Metal Meeting
Babymetal with Polyphia
Can't wait to see them live one day!
The contrast between the two is so different but they both hit hard asf ☝️😮💨
just goosebumps...
I’m 122 years old and this music is so impressive
why does this make me tear up every time? the energy is there for sure id love to see them live
眩しい🤩
its awesome to see how much theyre enjoying themselves while playing! absolutely great show
Great sound and production really showcasing this amazing band.
What can i say but ......PERFECTION. Love from the UK

This version on OZ is the best I think
I was there when the first fish decided to go up to land and I like this band.
This is Polyphia, not Tim Henson and Friends. Good video..
Ridiculously talented
Long live p0LyPH1a! Much love from 🇨🇦
Penso che il pubblico di questo festival non fosse minimamente pronto per i Polyphia, show incredibile
I really like how The Worst accidentally starts with Scott and Tim joins in.

Absolutely lovely. I would have started floating from sheer bliss if I was there tbh. 😮💨🎸🔥
Killer attitude for an instrumental band.
Bass player - Lead vocalist of instrumental band
Love how the bassist shouted out “Paintballllll!!” … either that or there was a pitbull loose in the crowd.

Loved The National! 😍
Can smell the patchouli oil & hash smoke thru this
TFA - Lesley MEANT it too 😂
love seeing clay!!

Ok I need to see them live next time. Shouldn’t have missed the tour. My bad.
Omg why is everyone so turned off? I would go fucking crazy if I was there
Best current band
You love to see it
Absolutely amazing my friends!
Crowd sadly wasn't too great, but damn did they play amazingly well! Finally got to see them and so happy about it
Damn love the atmosphere
They instantly gain a pass from me. The respect pass
They also have a great taste in guitar fashion
hell yeah
What a well made guitar tone 🥴
Scott riff is sick
Jesus shredding with his band and their beautiful tattoos
Omg they sound fucking great
Tim Henson is the only guitarist good enough to push someone as good as Scott into the 2nd guitarist role
I love it!!! I
I only whish they would turn the COMPRESSOR way down. everything sounds so squashed.
