Bum bum cream topped by another 13 does for me.
I like layering Babycat and the new cherry Black Opium. It's like an extra vanilla, spicy Black Forest cake. Yum, it can be overwhelming if too much is applied, but with a light hand it's a fun combo for a date night with a someone you want close.

I used to hate gourmands and vanilla! Sol de Janeiro cheirosa 68 smelled like bad play-doh to me. But with time I learned to love it! I don’t love all gourmands but I’m glad I can appreciate some. So don’t lose hope your tastes might change one day! :) and if not that’s also ok!

The L'Occitane Almond Shower Oil is a total game changer. I love using it in the shower, the L’Occitane body cream, Wulong Cha by Nishane, and Diptyque L’eau Papier… the most soothing mixture.

@@jusderose the Almond Milk Concentrate. However, if my skin is feeling extra dry, sometimes I’ll use the Amande Mains A Croquer. I know it’s a hand cream but I love how quickly it absorbs to my skin and the scent is incredible.🥰

Ce qui est drole c’est que hormis les notes lactonic je crois qu’il y’a meme pas de noix de coco dedans et j’ai aussi l’impression de le sentir dans le parfum

I have had so many wonderful Italian almond or verbena/citrussy successes as of late in terms of shower gels and lotions, Aussie bougie floral stuff with dried preserved flowers in the glass bottles and South Korean gourmand focused products.

If you are in the States and want a more cost-effective alternative to L'occitane, you might see if you can find Dr Teal's Epsom Salt Bath and Shower Body Wash with Shea Butter and Almond Oil. I buy it in giant four packs because I am so addicted.
Santal Complet by Fragrance du Bois and Halwa Kiss by Ojar are always on the top of my list!

I love vanilla but I'm more of a Shalinar girl which I have in all it's versions!. Really great tips. Sol de Janeiro is not for me but the cream is very good for my sadly aging skin! Love your viseos and your collection is fabulous 😊

Love this type of layering video. My husband bought me the almond shower oil years ago and it's divine ❤ have you tried Dior Vanilla Diorama? I'm not massively into sweet scents, but bought a sample of it and it blew me away. It has like a boozy vanilla or cherry cola opening then settles to a lovely vanilla, but not too sickly

Maybe this request makes no sense but it would be cool to see a video on gourmands that are very airy, or airy/fresh perfumes that have a hint of gourmand? Idk if what I'm trying to get at is making sense 😭 but those scents sound so dreamy!

Omg, Nutella body wash? I love gourmand body washes every now and then. More layering videos in the future please. What other smells does the DOP brand have, how much does the product cost in France? I recently tested Mango's Le Matin Body mist, such marzipan goodness, they also have body care items in that scent. Great for layering, because the lasting power is weak.
Ahh I need to try the mango you mention…. Sounds divine. Dop is found in supermarkets so really affordable! They also have a madelaine one (my fav), lemon cake, cotton candy, caramel and more
The L'occitane oil is great. The smell of the bumbum cream is fantastic but it's moisturizing properties are trash, in my opinion 😂. I have to mix in Vaseline or Nivea lotion for actual moisture.
I find that it does a good job but agreed if you want deep hydration, this isn’t the product to go for

I’ve been using the L’Occitane Almond shower oil for years now. It’s been great for my dry skin & the scent is so amazing. I also have their neroli shower oil which is heavenly (I purchased it in bulk when I found out it was discontinued) love their hand creams too & some of the fragrances are so refreshing. I adore L’Occitane 🤍
