Try replacing the primer pump you use to chock the engine it acts like it is leaking air and running lean until it warms up my engine like that only requires 3 or 4 pumps to start whencold
Try starting fluid with air filter removed
How about getting some help and build up a week supply of wood or just buy a load for backup 😊
