Ive been using vinted for a month now and its absulutely terrible 😢 i bought a pair of jeans listed as new they arrived with a 💩 stain or blood stain 🤢 i sent them back the seller then lied and said i sent them a teddy bear 😢 i lost my money.. ive literally had so many scammers that ive lost count

I am dissabled their customer service is disgusting. They gave me two days to make a claim..I couldn't manage due to illness and now they are telling me I've lost my money. 😢
You can sell fake designer stuff on vinted but you can't say it's that brand just have to describe it and the photos show what fake brand it is. I see lots of very suspicious sellers on there. Selling posh clothes for the exact price of 7.89. Everything on their page is 7.89. And all the photos are stolen and all on different backgrounds and door types.
Good video. Thank you for sharing. I live in the UK and I think I should share some light at the 'corners switching content of boxes' . I believe this is not the case here really. What I think is happening is; sellers get several orders form Vinted and then they print all labels. By mistake they attache wrong label to the wrong box/package and they don't even realise it.. So as a result wrong item arrives for the buyer.
It can certainly be the case few times, but it can’t be the reason for why it happens again and again to people in and outside of the UK :)

And it only had 2 reviews
I wouldn’t buy if something seemed off to me. Maybe wait till the seller gets more reviews?

It’s a year on from this video. It’s Still very relevant on STEROIDS. I work Vinted as my job. The scammers have upped the ante. Spend half my time weeding out scammer scum or arguing with A.I. Bots🤖Its Stressful 😣

Maybe you can answer my question please? Noticed lots of accounts selling items really cheap which they don't send anything. You get a pic of royal mail postage label but it never arrives. How do they get the money as buyer never gets item and release the funds. Thanks.
I had a lady do this with a Black puffer coat for my daughter, sent a white woolen ASOS jumper. Refunded she was also pretty standoffish so made me think she was suspicious
