    1 Cup Almonds Whole
    INSTRUCTIONS
    Prepare your almonds and the blender of your choice. You can also activate them in water overnight and dry them before use. Just make sure that they are fully dehydrated before you grind them to prevent any clumping from forming.
    Place the almonds in the Magic Bullet cup and prepare for grinding. Skin adds extra fiber to your meals, which is exactly what we are all looking for.
    Start grinding the almonds by pulsing the magic bullet until they reach a fine consistency. Once they start looking powdery like bread crumbs, stop pulsing, remove them from the blender, and check if they are okay with you. If the consistency of the fine almond meal is perfect, you can store it or use it immediately for your baked goods.
    NOTES
    Grinding: Pulse the grinder regularly because if you let it grind longer, it might result in almond butter instead. Just a few pulses until you get the perfect texture.
    Almond Pulp: You can also make almond meal out of leftover almond pulp from almond milk. This will reduce waste and use up your resources.
    Toasting almonds: Some people prefer toasting almonds before grinding them to a whole almond meal. You can also try it, as it adds more flavor to the almond meal.
