Fixing roads will bring a lot of investments (even tourists) in Gokwe. There are so many places in and around Gokwe that are lucrative... For example the Mtanki dam that lies only 40 km South east of Gokwe centre, so much potential, e.g. irrigation and fishing. But to reach such places is a struggle. It only starts by developing the Gokwe centre and moving outwards... Once again thanks for your insight!

There really has been lots of investments and it has a potential for growth. Just a few years ago they completed the dam in Gokwe south (Mtanki dam). Looks like a nice little town with lots of business going on. Paved streets would be an improvement and the economy of this area would for sure benefit from it. I recall seeing the lack of paved roads in one of your previous videos. I see a few buildings and houses without roofs too. It's amazing that a populated area like this is lacking such things we take for granted.
I could have imagined that in this present day and age, at least to have paved roads in towns but it hasn't materialized. Instead we regularly use gravel, it gets washed away and we replace it.. So instead of just doing the same thing over and over again, I am pretty sure we can deal once off with this issue by paving the roads. Let alone housing issues...
