How to make a Christmas or Advent wreath in Scandinavian style

- This is my first video about Christmas decorations here on my English UA-cam channel. I hope you like it.
I can tell you that I will share much mores Christmas inspiration the next couple of weeks.
In this video I’m showing how I make a Christmas Wreath (an Advent Wreath) with candles. I’m using fresh materials from the nature as we do here in Scandinavia.
My name is Claus Dalby, and I live in Risskov on the outskirts of Aarhus in Denmark. To date, I have written about 30 books on flowers and gardens in Danish, and my garden has been featured on many TV shows. In March 2022 my first book in English will be available. I consider my home (built in1908), and its garden with its neighboring wood, as my sanctuary. When I started gardening in 1996, there was just a large lawn covering approximately 1 acre (4,000 square meters), but today the grass is long gone - replaced by 15 hedged rooms with varying colors and moods. Additionally, one of my great passions is growing in pots, arranged to create spectacular container gardens, which I will share quite a bit about on this channel. Decor and creating moods have always interested me - both outside and inside - and I love to use the flowers from my garden for bouquets and to inspire other crafts that create a sense of hygge.

A touch of class to place somewhere in the home, just not to leave any candle ornamental arrangement unattended. This wreath of Scandinavian culture is very smart! It depends on the individual, if you wish to add some more decorations, i.e. coloured small balls or bells, you can do so. It is always so intriguing to see you at work, we never know how you bring the items together, but always a perfect result. Thank you for sharing Mr Dalby.
