Wish they would've given vocal demonstrations as well! Very important in these kinds of amps. For some reason I can't understand, it's hardly ever incorporated.

It's the SRS808C and it's one of the most affordable Matons. Still, it's my favourite acoustic and I'd pick this one over most super high-end guitars.

I have a schertler jam 200 wood and it's great. Nothing ever came close to it. However, I just ordered an Udo Roesner de capo 75 which is highly praised too. Excited to compare it... My schertler just died on me and I'm debating an Udo or new schertler basically

I have the Boss acoustic singer LT. It sounds GREAT.
The only thing is is too heavy and no battery operated.
I would like to find something else with the same features (USB B for recording), and at least with 6-7 kg weight (not 11 kg as the Boss has).
My Favorite is the Yamaha THR5.

I think we need more amps with built-in impulse response settings to deal with the infamous piezzo quack. There's no excuse at this point.

@ The THRs from Yamaha. You can get a pedal like the Moore radar to get IRs though.

Meine Erfahrung: 60 Watt sind zu wenig! Kein Headroom; die Gitarre laut genug zu bekommen ist kein Problem, aber der Gesang schwächelt. Deshalb habe ich mir unter einigen Amps (im Direktvergleich) den Laney A1 (120 Watt) rausgesucht. Schwer empfehlenswert!
What is your opinion on the Fender Twin Reverb for acoustic guitar? Anyone?
I use to do this. It's definitely not great. It misses the extended highs as you would get with an actual acoustic amp and the lows caused the thing to feedback easily. Also, to me, the spring reverb really misses the mark for a sweet acoustic sound (and I love spring reverb, but on an electric). In a live band setting, my acoustic w the Twin was too boomy and not very articulate.

better than AER or Accus or Bose S1 for Guitar / vocals or Keyboards / vocals ?

Negozio il quale l'ha mandato all'assistenza ,e dopo due mesi ,2/3 mail mandate al responsabile dell'acus .il quale mi ha garantito che si interessava del iter di riparazione ,ma a tuttora dopo due mesi non ho ricevuto alcuna notizia .fatevi un opinione dopo questa testimonianza .sperate che non si rompi mai .sino ad oggi devo portarmi appresso il mixer e casse .I potenziometri dell’acus sono insufficiente e di scarsa qualitá

I had a maton, it sounded like a cardboard box when un amplified. no bass at all. if the timber was 40 years old it could be ok.
I have a maton messiah and it's true. There's no bass and when A/B'ing it to any other acoustic you can take that statement very literally because I can barely hear my Thick E string. If you don't amplify your maton, I'd look to buy another brand for sure
Fishman loudbox
Shame you don’t check guitars before you ship them. Had cld 41 with rusty strings and an Epiphone jc200 that didn’t work and was damaged. Sent both back for refunds. They admit they check nothing. Ordered elsewhere and was perfect as they check items and was cheaper. Thomann are very bad now.
They all sound like piezo junk. The mini fly amp had the best tone lol.
Undersaddle pickups don't necessarily have the most pleasant sound but they certainly have obvious benefits too. Also, none of these guitars sound very "piezo junky" in my opinion. I compared the sounds in this video with very famous live acoustic performances by Eric Clapton, Bonamassa, etc. and well... if you want to hear crazy piezo sounds, check those out. haha!

Thomann's Guitars & Basses check out the intro to the huge hit Friends in Low Places by Garth Brooks for terrible acoustic guitar tone. With a piezoelectric pickup the secret is to turn the mids down and bass up, treble for a little sparkle.

I don't think Thomann pays anyone well. Probably offered them free shipping, and then billed them for it anyway.
