Me too. I'm in California's state capital for last 7 years. We openly go to protests with our families including infants and do all peacefully while shouting slogans. We do protests in front of state capitol and in front of state's legislatures city hall offices. We go street to street in downtown and did protests in the protection of police, openly criticized Biden and US support to Israel. We openly chanted slogans against US involvement and against the current regime all under their protection.
Me and my relatives also gave interview to the news agency and openly criticized US. No one ever targeted us after that.
We used to criticize US when we were back home but have to acknowledge that such freedom of speech could never be practiced in our own country.
Obviously there would be few anarchists who mishandle the situation and when they are arrested, we Muslims think that they are arresting us unjustly.
Not saying US is 100% perfect on earth without any bigotry, NO there are all types of evil people and zionists here who will obviously play their role against us but still we have freedom and protection of law which is incomparable to our homelands.

I have been in many states before CA. Everywhere values are same except when you face any bigotry it could be your boss at work or a guy in a grocery store or a sales person or your neighbor or someone driving next to you or most probably your state legislatures etc you never know.
