When my voice teacher assigns me a new piece I like to listen to a few renditions to familiarize myself with the words and music. This performance is exquisite! Thank you so much for sharing 🙏🏻
I love this one! Elizabeth, your voice, your phrasing, the beauty and dark timbre of your voice. Just exquisite. Mendelssohn himself would have loved this. Brava. Keep singing, dear Elizabeth.
The more I work on this aria for a choral audition, the more I appreciate the beauty and phrasing of your performance and the dark chocolate timbre of your voice. Brava!
indeed...and who doesn't love dark chocolate :) - but seriously the more I work on this piece and try to get the phrasing and expression just right, I realize that though this piece appears so simple on the surface it's actually quite complex, its actually quite difficult to do effectively. I hope one day to have the mastery of this piece that Elizabeth does.
After listening to as many vocalists as I could find doing this piece I keep coming back to your performance as a standout among all I have heard and right up there with the best. Your phrasing is just perfection, your pacing is spot on, not too fast. There are some who shall remain nameless who just rush thru this piece and that demeans it and takes away from its value. You on the other hand show the reverence this piece deserves with careful pacing and great expression. Thank you for showing us how it should be done.
WOW! What a beautiful, rich voice!
Thank you Elizabeth for blessing us with your rich rendition of this piece. God Bless you and all who listen.
Linda e energética voz. Muita vibração. Parabéns. 😊❤❤❤
