04:20 those coal cars are like ouch....that hurts. So who's supposed to be in charge of cracked wheels? The same thing happened to the RBBB circus train in Lakeland many moons ago.
Its really strange , how primitive the American (the U.S.A) train infrastructure relay is, lets take for example Russia, Russia which is declared a complete sh#t hole (according to the proppaganda media on American TV) has mostly electrified track grid, plus its been decades since you saw wooden made railroad ties or poles over there, plus Russia is the largest country on Earth. Just like the EU, they are hauling loads 2 way tracks using electric grid supplied by nuclear or renewable energy. Another thing is, rail has a lot of potential but instead the U.S. business seems to invest in the Tesla like all electric self driving semi-tractors. Its a jump over your head plus another jump over the head you don't have figurately speaking, waste of money in lieu of investment money that is a bubble just like everything else here in the U.S. "lets invent something no one has and get FED to pay for it, then we pocket the funds and let the 1800s rail system be the way it is, a real typical way of doing business in the West..
IIRC, that train was coming to Kingston Steam Plant. I help unload the cars here at Kingston, TN.

Was any of the parts of the conflats and other wagons recyclable and re usable?
I'm sure the owner of the cars tried to recoup as much money as they could. Thanks for watching
