Yes, you missed the washer and dryer. The outdoor tide kithe double door French refrigerator is found in Western homes. Nowadays, you also missed the dishwasher to wash your dishes. You also miss the garbage disposal in the double stainless steel sink.. You? Also, miss the automatic gate opener, so you don't have to get out of the pouring rain.Open your own gate to you missed all those things. But you didn't miss the price.That is at least 80 to 85000USD overpriced.
Nice house and for once nice, simple, humble furniture. Maybe a bit expensive, I think 6,5000,000 THB would be better. Also this video was better filmed than the previous ones. Does the house come equipped with laundry facilities? These are details that we like to see. Thank you!
Do you know what I like about you Gim? You do a great job of giving a person the feel for a residence and the area of the city/country it's in. I've mentioned before that I plan on moving out of the U.S. and it's Thai people like yourself that help to make Thailand worth considering when I move. A lot of people talk about how friendly Thai people are.
We have washing machines outside here, as we don't appreciate the noise. And do you seriously think that in a country that has approx 300 days of sunshine all but a few cunts have a dryer.
Kinda expensive from what I've been seeing. Plus Americans can't own it. I'll keep my money in index fund... live off the dividends and appreciation and just rent. Never run out of money. To me Honestly it's just a regular home. I've seen better in US at that price in Texas.. and if I move to thailand I want a great deal. Not just a deal
I'm in Texas also. Totally agree. No walk in closets. no storage closets. Kitchen looks like something out of IKEA self build. But hey.... thats how they do things in Thailand.
@@chandlerbingbong we were comparing what you get for your money in Texas. Walk in closets are standard even in the cheapest of apartments here. These villa designs in Thailand have ample room to do it, they just don't. But I have noticed that if it's a Japanese developer (targeting Japanese buyers) they usually have them.
This villa is one of my favourites. Lots of natural light thru the glass sliding doors, and a decent bit of grass to kick a football. Plonking a pool table in that master bedroom would make it the perfect man pad. Great tourings today, Gim. 🙏
