Yes, some parts of Johns Island is in a flood zone. A lot of the New Construction is zoned for X which means you won't be forced to carry flood insurance by the lender. You can actually get a policy for much less than if you were in AE flood zones.

Johns Island is in a FLOOD ZONE. There is a large LAKE in this first subdivision. Does this particular subdivision on Johns Island FLOOD very often ??
