Another great video. One very important piece of info on the income limits is they are MAGI. Also, I think you should do a video on health insurance for fire. Oh and HSA is also a deduction for health insurance in the market place. Finally, if you hit the traditional limit in the phase out then the rest can be Roth.

Very good points. I think you are right. The deeper I dive into these the more I learn, and more opportunity for more content.

Very informative video. I'm not near the age where I have to start thinking about withdrawals, but I think your video has cemented my decision to get the advice of a good accountant when that time comes. Thanks for all your hard work.
Did your daughter ever give you back your Harry Potter Funko? 😂

You know it’s funny because I always tell people that they don’t need a financial advisor… but honestly I may start to change that thought. I don’t think you need one for the beginning years of your investing, but I think towards retirement or a few years here or there just to see if anything has changed in the years… there is just so much information and loopholes to be honest.
Also hahaha nope, it’s still in her room. We are going to buy her some HP stuff for Christmas lol. We are still on book one but we read evey night and are about 75% done lol. It’s just so funny because she’s so into it lol. Thanks for the personal touch on your comment :)

@@MMuniz Everything seems to get more and more complicated every year, and there's always some new set of rules to follow.
I give major chops to anyone who does their own taxes anymore. I tried Turbo Tax and it literally kept looping me around without allowing me to add the pertinent information. I wound up just having to hire an accountant anyway.
And he knew about some deductions that I had no idea about, which pretty much paid for his fee.
No problem about the personal addition to the comment. The content creators I regularly watch are always the ones who are not only educational and helpful, but inject their personalities into their style of content as well.
Very cool that you and your daughter are reading the series together! Even if you never get your Funko back. 😂🤓

@@Seoulsearch616 hahaha I may never get the funko back back! And yeah I used to do my taxes but now my workout partner is my accountant and does them for me lol. I let him train at my barn and that’s his payment, teamwork lol 😂. I’m the same way with content creators also, I look forward to more convos with you!

Fun fact: if you don’t take your RMD, there’s a 50% tax penalty.
