Automatic start for my watch and it chose walking... its wierd sometimes it chooses elliptical lol... I burned352 calories and walked 8,069 steps... I am off for blood work for me and my mom... I am going to do the 20 minute with weights on ur other channel mañana... Thanks for the sweat... This workout was perfect
I literally woke up hoping it would be power walk day!! 🥳 yesss I was fooled, upping the intensity the first couple rounds, then I got hit with some challenging stuff 🥵 but loved it like always!

I started this workout thinking, it was going to be an easy walking workout; Oh, how, was I so wrong. Round 3 torched my arms and round 4 put a hurting on my thighs from which they did not recover from during the workout. I thank you, my health thanks you, but my thighs are not as thankful😂
