Danish Pastry Dough Recipe
Makes into 1.2 kg of dough
500g all purpose flour
10g salt
80g fine sugar
10g dry yeast
2 eggs (I used large)
90 ml water
125 ml milk (I didn't use full fat)
250g European style butter (regular butter just fine)

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Brush with egg wash and Set Danishes/Croissants on middle rack. BAKE 10 to 12 minutes, or until Golden brown.
Can this dough be frozen for later use?

Is it possible to use almond or coconut flour?

Do you wear the plastic gloves so the dough doesn't stick to your hands or for sanitary purposes?
I use latex gloves that fit perfectly into my hands. Reason is simple : I like making dough by hands but I do not like the dough stick under my nail..:D Thanks +marina d'Orthez

Yes when counting with all the resting time. Making pastry dough is about roll out - fold - resting time
It is, the good news is that it can be frozen for future use.
