That homie was a staple of 95-05 mainstream music scene. Decent show, gave a spot for a lot of performers. Early on though he was a mtv tool, but he showd his chops.
It actually was. Especially the spotlight pieces. When they weren't trying to be a talk show like during Music Week and were interviewing artists on location, it was fantastic
"The difference between having a show at 1:30 and not having a show is 🤏 just about like that" -- David Letterman LMAO HAHAHAHA But seriously, I used to stay up and watch Last Call and it was an enjoyable show, I enjoyed it. It's too bad Carson Daly didn't get respect from his network, if you ever read this Carson Daly: Good stuff.
In a timeslot no one watched on a much smaller budget, so of course he did. If he had Jay's or Conan's slot hen wouldn't have lasted 2 weeks with that awful program.
Connor Cobb Exactly Right! Why doesn’t he continue with his own show? Later with Carson Daly? Or he could webcast it. He already had no set and borrowed places to interview people and the music acts were free. They had literally no overhead except maybe Carson’s Salary. Oh well, another late show bites the dust. Now their going to air a bunch of stupid infomercials instead. One more reason to Not watch TV. It is really getting bad!
With the Lilly Singh dumpster fire finally extinguished, NBC should reboot "Last Call" with a new host if Carson doesn't want to come back. That show was great.
Worst late night show ever. Not about to get nostalgia blind or sentimental over it. His monologs were unfunny. His interviews awkward and uninteresting. Even the real comedians he had on were terrible. Easily the worst late-night show ever.
Discovered a few band/singers that were not part of the mainstream through this show.👍🙌🏻
I met Carson Daly when I wrote this comment
The last call of last call

With such fascinating and in depth interviews such as what tattoos celebrities have, the show must have been riveting.

This was a great outlet for many ,out of the mainstream ,bands/singers,to me the interviews were secondary.

A sentence no one on earth has ever uttered or heard, "Hey did you watch Carson Daly last night?" hahahaha
If a tree falls in the woods...
I always wanted to watch his show... But i'd always be asleep by 2 anyways.
You weren’t missing out on much, thankfully
I like Lily Singh, but it's sad to see Last Call go.
I had no clue he had a talk show lol
really sad how no one remembers Carson Daly's Last Call

I. Miss. This show they could have kept series on tv
17 years of crap .... what a milestone ...
He had a longer run on NBC than Conan. Strange.
Carson stayed in his lane

This should have been the Carson Daley show

Supposedly he was better at other shows that did not involve comedy.
I wouldn't watch it.
Wished was still on, not that unfunny lilly singh.
Why they got to replace you with Lilly Singh Bro she ain’t even funny
