54 and alone... Oldest daughter in rehab/mental facilities again, my fiance' is leaving me, losing my youngest daughter in custody battle and found out 1 week ago that my job has been eliminated. Some days I just don't want to wake up, but I still know God has a beautiful plan for me and my girls. I just have to take one day at a time and know that God is in control.

Giving your broken heart to God can be a way to find comfort and solace during tough times. Sometimes, having faith and surrendering your pain can bring a sense of peace and healing. It's like releasing your burdens and trusting that there's a higher power looking out for you.
God is Love & we all need Love. Without Love, we have nothing. At times I feel lonely I realize that I am not alone in this journey they call life. The father the son & holy spirit dwells in all of us. We are made in his likeness. He is our heavenly father. The one we can depend & count on to be there for us always. ❤ I am okay knowing that.

I just watched a documentary on this condition called "Octopus Heart", which is an interview style documentary between a son and his mother who almost died from a broken heart. The link between grief and a broken heart is very real. Take care of your trauma and protect your heart and spirit.

Ask. Come to Jesus with all that burdens you. Any pain any fear doubts stress all of it. God knows what troubles you. Unless you choose to come to Him with a heart of trust and truthfully seek redemption. You cling to that suffering like a lifeline. You feel as thought it's a thick rope that holds you together yet it is like a sewing thread thin and fragile. Have faith my friend. The Lord seeks you to seek Him. We can only lead you to the water, it's your choice to drink.
“The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). There is something about reaching a breaking point that causes us to seek the Lord more sincerely. King David was once a broken man, and he prayed, “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me… The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise” (Psalm 51:10, 17). There are some things in our lives that need to be broken: pride, self-will, stubbornness, and sinful habits, for example. When we feel our brokenness, God compensates: “I live in a high and holy place, but also with him who is contrite and lowly in spirit” (Isaiah 57:15). To us, broken things are despised as worthless, but God can take what has been broken and remake it into something better, something that He can use for His glory. Broken things and broken people are the result of sin. Yet God sent his Son, who was without sin, to be broken so that we might be healed. On the night before He died, Jesus broke the bread and said, “This is my body, which is broken for you.” He went all the way to Calvary to die so that we can live. His death has made it possible for broken, sinful humanity to be reconciled to God and be healed. I just watched a documentary on this condition called "Octopus Heart", which is an interview style documentary between a son and his mother who almost died from a broken heart. The link between grief and a broken heart is very real. Take care of your trauma and protect your heart and spirit.

After our heart gets broken we do not see life the same. We see life through black glasses. It is as if we were swimming in a giant sea without no life jacket. I believe that only the power of the blood can brake the depression.
I know God can heal what’s broken, but if the other person is over it and done, that’s nothing that he can fix.

Ask. Come to Jesus with all that burdens you. Any pain any fear doubts stress all of it. God knows what troubles you. Unless you choose to come to Him with a heart of trust and truthfully seek redemption. You cling to that suffering like a lifeline. You feel as thought it's a thick rope that holds you together yet it is like a sewing thread thin and fragile. Have faith my friend. The Lord seeks you to seek Him. We can only lead you to the water, it's your choice to drink.
“The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). There is something about reaching a breaking point that causes us to seek the Lord more sincerely. King David was once a broken man, and he prayed, “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me… The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise” (Psalm 51:10, 17). There are some things in our lives that need to be broken: pride, self-will, stubbornness, and sinful habits, for example. When we feel our brokenness, God compensates: “I live in a high and holy place, but also with him who is contrite and lowly in spirit” (Isaiah 57:15).
To us, broken things are despised as worthless, but God can take what has been broken and remake it into something better, something that He can use for His glory. Broken things and broken people are the result of sin. Yet God sent his Son, who was without sin, to be broken so that we might be healed. On the night before He died, Jesus broke the bread and said, “This is my body, which is broken for you.” He went all the way to Calvary to die so that we can live. His death has made it possible for broken, sinful humanity to be reconciled to God and be healed. Without the broken body of Jesus, we could not be made whole. “But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5).
Only when we surrender to Christ can we be restored and transformed. Such surrender requires a brokenness on our part (Luke 9:23). Romans 6:1-14 describes how believers become dead to sin and alive to God in Christ. Claim the promise that cannot be broken: “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). “A righteous man may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all; he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken. … The Lord redeems his servants; no one will be condemned who takes refuge in him” (Psalm 34:19-22).

I got married two years back and got divorced with in two months.As my mom was suffering from SLE disease,my family forced me to marry.i cried and told everyone please I don't want marry this person,but no one listened me ..and I got many red flags before marriage ...but then we realised we were cheated in this marriage.. recently I lost my mom also.. after that I was under severe stress, anxiety..I am a research scholar.i couldn't focus on my research trying hard.. someone please pray for me,pappa and brother.GOD BLESS U
