For the obstruction of omniscient, we can use thrumming ferocity, which gives 15.2% dmg buff.
You are right if it works, still don't have it so can't guarantee it works, but if it does its poggers for that slot
@zonshiniDI for me, it's not working with Neckbreaker helm, but for Bell of Sorrow, it works.
I run the crit helm, also for dungeon and raids. Mathematically is it better overall?
I just got it yesterday so haven't tested it a lot, but on paper it seems to be better as long you don't have other CRIT buffs on party or crusaders banner as your damage buff with inner stacks really well with the crusaders banner

Question, why do you have exploding palm offhand and not using it?
There wasn't any on my list that would buff me, but if you have the new essence for inner sanctuary with 15,2% DMG buff use that
