+Alianger I think its the panning on the pianos that is giving a strange effect like that, I dont think the instruments are mixed down as perfectly as they could have been on this track. I feel that it does sound better with headphones though.
I wonder what Alpha 2 would be like on genesis Capcom did it for the the other games like special champion edition and Super street fighter new challengers why not Alpha 2? Then their were the SNES versions of these games like world warrior, turbo hyper fighting, new challengers and alpha 2.

Yeah, you're right, because the Alpha series takes place in the late 80s to very early 90s, so in that time period the USSR would've still been around
