Primmie is definitely a star to watch. His dominance in Valorant's ranked matches is impressive. ※In fact, He has been ranked number one in Asia for four consecutive seasons, making him a player above PRX Something in terms of ranking strength. But Talon needs to be careful. Of course, his talent and novel approach could be a game-changer, but at the same time, there are pitfalls. I saw him with Vlrgg, but he has hardly been tested in the pro field. Ranked matches are great for practice, but how will he fare under pressure and against veterans? Ranked matches = VCT. That's a whole other story. It could be a tough adjustment for Primmie, which could affect his performance and cause friction within the team. Plus, who knows if his playstyle will fit with the current team. Bringing a new player, especially one with little pro experience, into the team could disrupt the dynamics of the existing team. This whole adjustment period could disrupt Talon's well-run team and jeopardize his current success. This is the biggest gamble in the history of VCT this year. There could be big rewards, but there are also big risks.

Definitely agree. This is a highly feared and powerful ranked demon within the Japanese and Korean servers as well, but it is unclear if it will work in the VCT. Talon may be even stronger next year than He is now, but it seems a bit wrong to start him in the knockout stage, where a loss in the playoffs means the end.
if Primmie cant perform like a god on tier2 there's no way he'll perform like a God or like he's ranked gameplay on Tier1 especially on his first game where the stakes are very high

Except something was dropping nuclear bombs in T2 and primmie puts up an average performance in every T2 match he played. But who knows if he will shine or nah with the talon team. We have seen how best players or aimers can look like below average players if they r under wrong team comp or igl

I think you are glazing potter a bit too much. She will definitely make nrg way better, but they wont win every tournament. They will atleast qualify for them tho and maybe make deep runs in them

One thing i noticed about primmie is that he hold his pre fire aim as if he expects everyone to wide-swing, and enemies just run into his crosshair. if they don't swing wide, he just flicks inwards (towards thje corner/wall) which from trying it out, is a lot easier than flicking away from the wall if enemies swing. I've been trying to do this more and it definitely feels like it has improved my headshot percentage a lot.

Primmie is the sharpest ranked demon I’ve seen so far. I really hope he translates that aim to vct. Maybe that’ll make me watch the pacific league more often

NRG Potter could be beautiful to watch, we already know FNS has some incredible, sometimes insane ideas on comps and strats (regardless of their performance in the following 2 series, the NRG vs SEN match was one of the most exciting games of Valorant I've ever watched, nutso)
With Demon1 for Victor, you now have one of th best duelists in the world, and if Potter came with Derrek or Jawgemo, you would have either a very promising initiator or an unbelievable flex, who can rotate between entry or initiator. We've seen him be great on Controller as well, and s0m is more than good enough to flex into initiator.

NRG clearly showed they are a superteam. With the time they had, they became so good. So good to the point people damn near forgot their losses because of how well they started to perform
This isn’t true. They were playing ok people just overrate them hard. Victor and crashies have obviously become too comfortable at the top of the scene and need to go to tier two to get hit back into reality. Chet dropping demon1 might be the dumbest thing in his career. NRG will never be good again if they hold on to there coach who is more interested in keeping his friends on the team than making a good one, and if players in the team feel so comfortable they know they won’t get dropped even when losing. NRG were so bad this whole year. TLDR Chet is washed, crashies is washed, victor is washed optic core fell apart without yay.
@@tacoqt3388 I agree on a few things a lil but not all. I genuinely think Vic n crashies need a break. Clearly they are still good players but more mistakes are being made as a result of all the bs that has happened. They played very well last season, crashies in specific was still the best initiator last season…now not so much; and Victor showed how good he again is this season. Demon1 had irl issues (sum to do with fiancé) so the bench makes sense. Now I don’t think Chet is washed, but I do think that he planned inefficiently. If Sam and Pujan came on the team earlier, they would have had a no questions asked solid team (ofc contracts aren’t really on him but i feel like he’d has some say in this). The way NRG played at first were mid, but once they got to the C9 game they showed that even with little time they had a pretty solid team was in the making. If NRG won that C9 game, we’d be seeing them conquer the playing field due to how much more time they have to solidify themselves
guys remeber pro sports is not about being stacked its about if each player plays their role effectively! NRG is stacked but they have trouble playing the necessary roles as they are all superstars effectively...

Talon making a big fuss about signing a new player might just backfire. People are now putting A LOT of expectations on this guy, and if he doesn't perform, the amount of clowning he'll receive will be out of this world. Will and some Platchat members literally changed their prediction, saying Talon will beat Secret because they signed Primmie. That's a BIG leap of faith. Meanwhile Secret signed 2GE and WildOreo without much fanfare, yet those two literally turned them from a decent team to one that's now vying for supremacy in Pacific.

As much as I like Vic and Crashies, I think they need to step down if NRG wants to be at the top again. Demon1 in and find a replacement for crashies. so FNS, s0m, ethan, demon1, and 1 more. Vic and Crashies have been good in the past but it just seems like they are not consistent anymore or can't count on them for clutches like you can from like a GenG player or something. However, if they get Potter, she can probably make NRG work with Vic and Crashies but still.
Probably not gonna happen, but I’d love a world where lev crash out of champions, and 100T get dominated in playoffs, then you just have Potter bring all the EG players into NRG, granted that team would either do very well or crash
NRG 2025: Drop crashies, Victor, and s0m (s0m dropped to avoid role conflict). Derrek, Jawgemo, and Demon1 will replace them, and add Potter as head coach.
I think Derrek is one of the most underrated pros in NA and can replace crashies. Ethan can be the flash initiator and flex (Derrek and FNS can also be flex/initiator/sentinel players), while Jawgemo and Demon1 play Jett/Raze/Smokes. Having three flex players is crucial, especially with the current meta constantly changing. I'm not sure what to do with chet; maybe drop him or demote him to assistant coach. However, I believe he and Potter can work well together.

I think out of all the options on the world, Victor is far from the best entry duelist out there. Bring back Demon1 and let him play the way he SHOULD be playing. You keep s0m and FNS (if FNS wants to keep playing), you keep Ethan, and for your 5th you sign a smokes player and let s0m move to flex where he's clearly going to be more effective and flashier.

NRG should swap Victor for Demon1 and swap crashies for Marved. Maybe grab a new coach, FNS an s0m should defo stay, FNS will make that team work 100%.
