Hi, I explained that in at least 2 videos. A contract to sell is a conditional contract, kung saan ma-transfer sayo ang ownership after you fully pay the price. Ang deed of absolute sale is one where ma-transfer agad ang ownership, provided of course, na you pay the price. Pareho naman valid ang contrata na yan. What happens Atty if a buyer who already made a reservation payment and monthly amortisation, but upon reviewing the contract to sell the buyer disagree with the contract.
Disagrees with the contract? What do you mean? As a general rule, parties are already bound to the contract once they have given their consent. In case one of the parties breaks the agreement, then they may be liable for damages because of the breach. The contract may, however, be annulled (for any of the causes for void or Voidable Contracts) or rescinded, provided the grounds and requisites therefor are met.
Atty.how about the seller wants to revoke the contract.and it says to the contract if cancellation has made money will get forfeited.she said anytime she will revoke our contract.just because we are 1 month late for the monthly dp.
