Rufus T. Wild ( Buck Wild ) is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Milestone comics and now property of DC Comics. The character was created by Dwayne McDuffie and Mark Bright, and debuted in Icon #13 (May, 1994 ).
Buck Wild is a parody of African-American superheroes of the 1970s. His various identities are references to Luke Cage, Black Goliath, Falcon, Black Lightning, and Brother Voodoo.
Bruh they tried ALL the Marvel African American heroes lol. Cage, brother voodoo, black goliath, falcon...all them boys 😂 Hell naw
I had never noticed til now how similar most Marvel's black heroes were. Great parody 😂
Buckwild was every Marvel black hero with the exception of the Black Panther and Storm... (LOL).
As crazy and offensive this character is I would like to see more of him..
And Captain Marvel/Photon
I can't believe this is real. 😂
I'm surprised that Marvel didn't sue DC.
Called himself 'Jim Crowe'🤦🏽♂️
Bruh! When I heard that, I almost threw my phone 🤣
😂 p whip i am dead
Damnit! Not in Black History Month smh. Just wilding.
This can't be real
These comic books was a big deal back in the early 1990s
This origin story is buck wild #racism can still be funny
This guy is so ridiculously a play on many Black characters from Marvel, you know they were having fun in that writers room, doing to Marvel what they do to DC: steal their ideas 😂😂
It's sad how we can't just run with traditional characters and create new heroes regardless of race and these copycat characters trying to win the so called black audience is becoming annoying hell most of my people trust Superman more than any hero and he's white so stop trying to win audiences with ridiculous new characters and bullshyt storylines do better Dc COMICS you're trippin👎🏽
Ahh Hell No! Marvel should sue for this crap lol😂
Not cool.
