Glad that you're back to Indonesia, Dale. By the way, the information from the megaphone was about a warning to market visitors to be careful with their own belongings and if visitors bring bag they must be placed in front of their body. Enjoy Surabaya and another city in Jawa Timur (East Java) if you'll go. And be careful also🙌

Again, a very nice video, and again very friendly people. I also watch many of your older videos, and they are all equally beautiful. Thank you for all that beauty. Love you brother.❤👍👍👍
Dear Dale. If I am not mistaken, from the 19th to 25th of April this year , is a public holiday in Indonesia. The Ied Fitr celebrations may be on 23rd-25 th of April. Generally, during the Ied Fitr days, small towns and villages are more "busy" than big cities. This is because of the "mudik" tradition (many people in big cities leave their cities to travel to their "origins" : village/small town, to meet their relatives ("family gathering"). So, welcome to try many delicious food in the celebration, Dale ! Thank you for visiting Indonesia again and take care. GBU.

Wow KODAM ! How did you get there mate? But i would like to say thank you that you exploring Kodam. Thats my fav. Place to hang out with some friends in high school back then. Now it seems it's super crowded than i already have been coming here. Enjoy exploring, enjoy the moment in Surabaya, Dale! I like your vlog! I feel comfortable to see your very long long vlog!
Dale I really enjoying your videos in Indonesia, I live in Indonesia for about 10 years, you encouraged me to do same vlogs for Arab’s speakers as I’m Arab, have fun brother.
I haven't seen all of your Indonesian videos yet but have you had Sop Buntut (Oxtail soup) yet? Its bloody beautiful, just a really tasty beef soup. You'll thank me when you try it! BTW I think the confusion with the sauce is because Ketchup (tomato sauce) and Kecap (meaning soy - like Kecap Manis is sweet soy) is pronounced very similar. You got Kecap on your egg balls. 😃 Loving your videos mate, you're a good guy, genuine and no bull. Oh you must also try Bandung (the drink, not the place. Its a milky rose flavoured drink. However, the key element is buah kluwek, the Indonesian black nut. Hope you like it 👍
Dale, fyi, ketchup in Indonesia is "kecap" and it means soy sauce or sweet soy sauce which is completely different thing. Ketchup itself means saus tomat in Indonesian. They have the same pronunciation and I get why it's a bit confusing for foreigners.
Hi Dale.. enjoy your time in surabaya.. Please be careful with your bag when you're in a crowd like that.. and also you may want to try rawon (black soup) and rujak cingur as the signature dish of surabaya while you're in the city.. Take care Dale..😊😊
