It really bothers me when people say "People don't put any soul into music anymore" when casio dad and glass beach exist.
i've embraced this song once again, i found the beauty behind why i loved this song at the first place. im forever grateful to casio dad for making this piece of art, it has taken a part on my life and i will always acknowledge it that way. turns out everytime im tired, happy or just bored this song never fails to entertain me with all sorts of emotion it offers. i always enjoyed the sense of comfort, discomfort, nostalgia, painful memories and much more from this song. the lyrics are somewhat painful yet the melodies are soothing and sometimes harsh. its a perfect harmony for those whose heart are confused on where to settle, forever sailing in the sea of confusion. when you yourself are inside chaos, you can find beauty and sometimes peace in others chaos. this time i came back with a troubled mind and confused heart, and yet again this song proves to be able to calm everything down.
I think back then i was just not in the right feeling to enjoy this song, thats why i was troubled on why it felt different hearing this song again. i was never missing any memories or something align of that, it just felt different and i was too afraid to let go of the comfort that this song used to provide me. hope this resonates with someone else lol, it would be cool if it did

there's something dissatisfying about this music now. It's not that its a bad song, but the memories I've left with the song. I think i swore to forget a memory back then when i was hearing to this song, and i eventually forgot about it. Now everytime i heard to this song, theres always something unsatisfying about it. Like theres a hole that's missing when im hearing to it, because i can't seem to remember a memory that feels very important to me. The sole reason i had become the me today, but i can't just conjure up events or moments to recall those memories. This haunts me.
If theres anything i want to say is, please cherish your memories, be it bitter or sweet. I think this is one of the worst feeling I've had in a while.

Geez it’s so odd being back here after so long… so much has happened since I first discovered Casio dad and glass beach and hearing this takes me back to my early high-school years. It feels bittersweet but this song is still one of my favourites years later! Hope I’ll be back here in a few years again.
