I just found an interesting goof called "Sniffles' headphones dissapear when he smashes into the control panel, although it is possible they fell off.". That was from "In a Jam" by the way. :)

Well, there is one beaver concept character, but he looks nothing like Toothy. And a second beaver that looks more like him, but the creators did call him "Toothy" and he looks crazy or insane, I don't want to assume that its Toothy.
