How to Use Wholesale Real Estate to Make Money - Grant Cardone: Many people want to get into real estate but don't have the cash to get into multi-family. Chris Rood says that you can use wholesale real estate to make money to build up your wealth. What he does is he finds motivated sellers who want to sell quickly, who are willing to exchange some equity for speed. He gets the house under contract and sells it to others who also will be able to make some money off the flip. He basically captures equity. The fastest way to make money is to go from money to money without ever owning a product. This gig does require skill, you have to be a people person and know how to connect with homeowners. You have to know the market, but most importantly skills get the deals. Selling is a learnable trait.

Chris Rood is the fucking shit. He knows this business inside and out. If you're thinking about getting into wholesaling or learning it all yourself, trust me, get Chris as a coach first.
It would have taken me forever to learn everything he has taught me in the last month. Wholesaling sounds so simple but there is SO much to know, and you don't realize that until you actually try it. He's the best wholesale coach out there. I don't listen to anybody else's content but his.
I've never felt neglected, or like I wasn't getting enough attention. It's the opposite, sometimes I think he offers too much value for what I paid him. This video is better than most because it explains that wholesaling is not for everyone, and not everyone is going to make a boat-load of cash right away. You need certain skills if you're going to succeed. You also need a basic understanding of real estate, along with some cash to spend on consistent marketing. Good job, GC

There are definitely unethical folks in the field. But our belief is that being unethical does not play out long term. Reputation is very important in real estate. If you get a reputation for ripping people off (either the sellers OR the buyers) people will stop doing business with you. We've seen this over and over again.
