Quantera Global 10 years webinar series: Germany

As part of the 10th anniversary series of country specific webinars, on 11 May we will host a webinar in cooperation with Klaus Dorner, Oliver Treidler and Stefan in Schlaa.
The webinar is focused on transfer pricing and related topics from a German perspective. In view of the 10th anniversary, we will reflect on key-developments for Transfer Pricing in Germany during the last decade and identify the main milestones reflected in regulatory changes. On this basis, we will provide you with a roadmap of core issues to be aware of in order to mitigate transfer pricing related risks in Germany. In this context we will highlight TP issues for which German regulations “go beyond” the general OECD framework.
