- Here it is everyone the LATEST Banks Ram air intake system for the 2022 Ford Super Duty 6.7 diesel engine. In this video we unbox the system and remove the factory air box and tube and install in detail the new Ram Air system from Banks performance, after the install we do a start up idle and rev and go for a drive giving exhaust brake sound acceleration and cruising sound clips. Nice install I would like to do that to mine. I had a grill on my sail boat used it all the time. I live by a lake in TN and have a 22 ft pontoon now haven't bought one yet but hooked up and grilled with others awesome.

Great install and Banks has nice products...IMHO, from 2 prior powerstrokes and now a 17 f350, the CAI will be limited by the temp of the water cooler intercooler. I am sure tye airflow will always be superior to stock oem filters.
Curious? Does that turbo have a silencer ring?
Did you do any performance upgrades?
Did it add more turbo noise and throat sound? Is it worth it

Just ordered the iDash, PedalMonster, and Ram-Air setup for my F-250 tremor and can't wait to get it in 2 days. I was curious as to what mount you're using for the iDash? I only saw a 2 pod pilar mount on the Banks website
Banks should have their single up soon mine is a auto meter it’s not the best but works till I can get a banks

Any CEL’s pop up from this mod? Also, does the oiled filter mess up the MAF? I’m very close to getting one for my 6.7 and those are my concerns.
I gotta sinister diesel intake last week and I ran it for a week and threw my engine light on and I ran the codes and it says MAF sensor so I’m trynna find one that does do that let me know if you do

Debating to get the S&B or Banks air intake. How easy is it to clean the banks, do you have remove everything to clean it?
Pretty easy remove the top of the box I’m pretty sure maybe loosen the pipe standard stuff

No it does not.
I spoke to my ford rep he’s the service manager.
Is there a noticeable difference in hp or mpg after install ?
I didn’t notice any power differences. Little better throttle response and it made the sound a little throatier at low RPMs. Exhaust break also seems to work better but that may just be a placebo effect

Got all 3 on and tight vid went a bit long so wasn’t in real time in places
I was talking about the one that holds on to the small hoses above the housing where you were looking into tubo inlet. It looked as though there is an external protrusion to attach a hose retainer. I 👀 everything... Lol 😆 👍✌️
@@galelongputt hmmm i know the factory one had the coolant hose holder the new one didn't seem to have one just a dished rubber provision from what I saw hmmmm

No it will not as stated by banks themselves only intake on the market im almost positive that will not void your warranty
