The concert that made me a life long who fan. At 15 my mum and dad went out and this was shown live on TV with simultaneous stereo on radio 1. I crancked up the volume on the stereo and sat with an open jaw!! Tried to tell my friends, they thought I was nuts living the who!

Same here fella , Iwas already a bit of a fan but this gig on oold grey whistle test and on r1 sealed the deal for me I was only ten but this gig made me a lifelong fan especially the intro on pinball wizard the best he had ever done ,also the best live version of this song , his schecter guitar sounds lovely as does the Entwistle Alembic , though Kenny`s light touch was typical of 81 /82 just not goood enough ,imagine how good these late seventies early eighties gigs would have been witH A BIT OOF UMPH behind it .

That dude on stage at the end of the video must have known the band. I'm thinking Pete is gonna kill this guy! I mean he kicked Abbie Hoffman off the stage at Woodstock and a fireman off at the Fillmore when he was trying to let everyone know there was a fire.
