Perfectly worked on Z790 Pro !👏👏👏👌 Thanks. For those who don't have Clear Cmos Button and also don't have confidence with the jbat1 shortcut procedure, I suggest just to remove the battery on the mobo for 5 to 10 minutes, like I did. It worked just fine

Omg thank you, for me all I had to do was install the correct firmware tool, I updated and it fixed my lights! Thank you so much, literally nothing else worked.
I have an MSI Pro Z690-A Wifi DDR5, and this worked for me! I think the problem started when I installed MSI Center, and scanned for updates. I saw some for BIOS, and probably LED Firmware, and updated, because it's always good to update, right? Nope. For this motherboard, I needed the 7D25 firmware; I followed the steps in this video exactly, and when I rebooted and reconnected the JRAINBOW1 and JRAINBOW2 connectors, the fan lights powered up.

Реально помогло , у меня прошивка криво вставилась, потом я нашел это видео и все правильно сделал как тут показано. Ура ! Благодарю ! У меня вообще не было никакой подсветки на трёх вентиляторах, пытался обновить через msi center , не рекомендую обновлять через этот центр.
здравствуйте, как вам удалось запустить «инструмент обновления светодиодов»? Он говорит мне, что в «C/USERS/MY NAME» нет расширения файла.
Я потерял сознание, если у меня вопрос, который мне не нужен, я переведу его с переводом Google

Hello, I followed the instructions and cleared the CMOS, but when I use the MSI Update Tool says "Connect to device Fail" and can't continue. Please can you explain me what to do in this case? I need to update de BIOS? What difference between download from the site you provided and from the MSI site?
If you can download from MSI site, then MSI site can contain latest or the same version comparing to google site. It's just my personal collection from MSI :) However, if the tool can't help, then really nothing more i can assist other than suggest you to talk to MSI.

I am using an z690 edge motherboard, would this method work on this motherboard as well? I am plugging in a RGB strip to the JRGB plug on the motherboard and recieveing no output, Im assuming this problem would be sloved as well if this method works for my motherboard?? Any help is appreciated!!!!

Does the JT1 need to be shorted when the PC is running? I have the same problem with a Z790 EDGE DDR5. I am already in contact with MSI and should short the JT1 and reflash the Fw. The bottom line is the same points as in your video. Thanks

Hi! You saved me because Mystic light wouldn't instal at all. But now I have the issue of my RX 7900 XTX (Sapphire Nitro+) RGB strip won't turn on. It worked perfectly fine until I started toying around with Mystic light and Signal RGB and one time it turned off and never turned back on. Any Ideas?

Bon je vien davoir ce probleme avec cette update et ma MoBO est une Z490 tomahawk et les prise ARGB netait pas des V2 alors rien ne marchais pas plus que toute les méthode de clearCMOS parce que le update etait une version superieur a celle fait pour ma z490 . La solution dans ce cas ci etait le update tool de MSI trouver sur leur site dans support firmware et dans les instruction il y a un lieu suffit ensuite de choisir la bonne version puis de suivre les instruction . Maintenabt toute est okay 👌🤙

Z690 Tomahawk should not have the problem. Otherwise, you can check if any update in MSI Center

@@akncngz9355 You don't have to update firmware if there's no problem :) Your board does not have the same problem as in the video
@@tiredhamster8437 i dont have any RGB colours now. only the ram rgb is working but the rest which is connected to ARGB_V2 3 pin does not working and i still have the led firmware abnormal problem warning .. and i cant update it because there is no update on msi center.. in the begining all was working well but after i update bios this started and i cant take back bios update and i dont know what to do with the led firmware abnormal problem. i have been searching for a month all internet for solution but nothing found..
