Using the RX 6600M and Erying i7 11600H CPU motherboard combo, we are putting together a gaming PC using laptop hardware! That means this build should run at a very low power draw, but still be able to play eSports and AAA titles, assuming it all works together!

i have one of these that I've been using as a server board for the last year and have had 0 issues! Super good performance for the money and sips power even when running a bunch of docker containers and vms!
I'd love to see you guys challenge yourselves to make the smallest gaming PC you can make. As a fan of the micro-ITX systems out there, I would love to see a couple of pros build out a tiny PC with decent temp mitigation and performance. LOVE THE CHANNEL! PS--My wife is an eSports coach at our local high school, and she uses your videos all the time to teach computer building logic, and proving to her team that you don't need a million dollar machine to have a competitive machine.
FINALLY you got sponsored by HP ! Hope for next yr they sponsor you guys doing their new prebuilt gaming desktop/laptop, notice you havent done HP Omen desktop series only the Pavilion/Victus line
keeping things interesting! this is the kind of content i enjoy watching, frankensteining things together is always good fun. im just glad you guys arent doing another boring laptop review
We like to mix it up when we can!
@@ToastyBros Ur french because i saw ordinateur portable.
You needed to use Intel XTU to get 45w from the CPU. I do this for my Lenovo legion 5i otherwise games are stuttery mess like you experienced. Try it and let us know 👍🏻
Yeah, Afterburner is definitely showing the CPU is the bottleneck in most of their game situations, CS2 especially.
@@bigbear514Yup, just needs a bit more juice. You could probably even push the CPU beyond 45W as they are using a proper desktop cooler. Unsure whether XTU will allow that on second thoughts
Got one mobo from Erying with the I9 11900, paired it up with a 3060 and installed intel XTU, pulls 90watts to the cpu with XTU enabled and a significant performance boost from stock 30-45watts. Cooling is not the greatest tho, but that is because of the thiccboi copperslab.
Framework laptops parts being swappable and upgradable , you reuse your old parts in a case built for it or just 3Dprint a case from a file they provide or you can build your own like ordering just a motherboard like the framework 16 with AMD Ryzen 5 7640U and getting a few adapters to get any ports you need + a power brick for a very small form factor pc /server you can put anywhere easily for around 600$ to 700$ USD. Radeon 780m graphics may make for a decent little powerhouse and i'm pretty sure you can come up with some alliexpress stuff to go with it to make crazy stuff and it would make a nice video .
proud to see “1 second ago” and see this bargain before others
I'd like to see that GPU installed into a regular desktop setup. My guess is that that is not the reason that you saw the glitchiness. I think it was the Motherboard/CPU combo.
Was actually just thinking about this today and this popped up top of my feed. UA-cam algo is scary
That 240z shirt is straight baller
Interesting build. Something different and it's less buggy than I thought it would be. At 500 USD I think you could use this GPU, get a b450 mobo and Ryzen 3600 and it would out perform the laptop CPU. I3 12100 is another good option as a new pc build as you mentioned in the video.
I built a PC case out of popsicle sticks. Let's hope it never overheats. 😂
I didn't even know this was even possible. Great work!
now time for laptop with gaming pc hardware!
Sager did it about 20 years ago 😂
OH NO! THE MUSTACHE IS NO LONGER! RIP Jackson's upper lip.
I've the 11850H version and I've done all the bios setting to clock the processor at its own max TDP. If u need help I can send you some settings. Resize bar, xmp, fan setup, Processor unlock for full boost. My 11850h runs at 4,3ghz all core. We basically have the same bios so, help you should be so much easy. Your 11600h should boost up to 4.1ghz all core, according to intel specs. so you are loosing 400mhz for each of the 6 cores. Probably unlocking the tdp on bios at 45W you are gonna to have that kind of performance. When they sell they product they cut the power because they don't know what cpu cooler you are going to use, but with your tower air cooler you can manage the full power turbo perfomance
Yoo that dance was crazy 4:53💀
I love that montage song❤
wish you would test more than just esports. my phone can run most of these games
Odd that you said the platform was not as efficient as you expected. I think the problem was not your Erying, but rather the GPU.
If you wanted a more efficient system, you probably should have gone for something like an A2000.
Probably about 100w or more was from your GPU alone with the readings on the GPU silicon itself hovering around the 90w mark
i always wondered this and this video is my answer nice video 😁
I thought my eyes were going blurry the amount that the camera went out of focus haha
There's a new Minisforum mini-ITX standard size motherboard with a built in 7800H and downdraft cooler that looks like an awesome option for an SFF sandwich case. No need to hope whatever cooler fits can get it to a high enough clock speed, and being a sandwich case, as long as you have exhaust fans on top there's really no need for a laptop GPU - just suck the air out so the graphics card doesn't make for a positive pressure system inside the case.
9:45 nobodys going to mention the gun he was killed with 💀
Yall should do a gaming laptop vs gaming pc vs mini gaming pc
No Fortnite OG? Also ingame benchmarks didnt have settings popup/description, but great vid as always, really enjoying the, what feels like daily content :D GG
Thanks for the support! This was filmed before it came out, expect future content to include it
me getting confused because the gpu box looks like a RTX or a GTX but they say its a RX :/
I've been waiting on someone to do this finally it's stupid but I've always been curious
I have a i5-11400H/16GB DDR4/3050Ti laptop and honestly the main bottlekneck seems to be the fact Nvidia gimped the 3050Ti by only giving it 4GB VRAM
4 Gb VRAM? Fancy display adapter you have there.
It would be very interesting to see a Itx build using one of their 12th or 13th gen boards
It feels like their videos are more about showing their cs2 and halo skills than the hardware. They talk about testing more demanding games..... they only do a couple AAA games. Show us something new please. I am interested in building something ultra budget based on their recommendations but don't know if it will run what I play.
i have almost the same set up but 32GB of RAM and a RX580. I am running ubuntu and steam
I mean after conversion with those parts itd be like $600-$650 Australian which is pretty damn good for that price and the performance you get
I would love to own this
Guys, I recently purchased an ES CPU/Motherboard from Erying (i9-11980HK) but havent had a chance to test it yet. I've been reading that some people have issues when they turn on virtualization in the BIOS. Can you say if you've seen the same thing? I'd really like to build a workstation out of this board, with Linux on bare metal w/ a few VMWare or VirtualBox sessions for Windows. Thanks for your response!
Alredy watching on Erying i7 11800H, T600.Gaming up to 20W(CPU) + 45W (GPU)
Guys please test this board with other graphics cards. When paired with the 6600m it works flawlessly. When I pair it with a 3060, 6900xt, or a arc a750 it works terrible with those other cards.
Wasted lots of time to get this board to work good. I really wanted it to. Ended up throwing it down into the mines never to be sold to any of my customers.
It's funny how they sell a Radeon GPU with Nvidia-like package and colours.
With a mesh front, the temps drops at least 5 degrees in the GPU
What happens if you guys overclock CPU and GPU and up the wattage to let it max it now that cooling and power is not an issue? Would be interesting to see what you could get
JACK’S FACE IS BALD MY EYESSSSSSS
Would be an interesting one to get if I wouldn't have my old R5 3600 already as my 2nd setup.
I think CS 2 is too new to be stable. Not really a hardware issue with those stutters.
So the mobo came with the processor pre installed? I wanted to see how that works. Same socket and same way to install?
I've used Apevia's colored LED fans in a couple builds. I love them! They add a bit of color to a build without the headache of extra cable management. Highly recommend.
The Desktop RX 6600 with an Undervolt only pulls 75-95 watts(Depending on Game) without the undervolt it tops at 100 unless you crank up the power slider. What is the point of this M GPU model?? If this was a 65w card that didnt need supplemental power I would be all for it.
I wish they would build them to be compatible like a equivalent. It's tough to shop for a desktop laptop combo. especially if ones amd and the others intel or whatever. with the whats and the whatsnots
I think I might actually buy this PC science in Romania electricity is very expensive
Hello, i have this case and just built my pc and my case fans arent working any idea what it could be? I made sure everything is connected. But still no case fans
My gaming gigabyte laptop g5 MD recently broke due to the motherboard frying, do you think it would be worth using the other parts from that to build a desktop gaming pc?
The cs2 stutters are from a bugged update
I need suggestion
What would be a good cpu 12400f 12600kf or 13400f i just cant choose 😢
This is cool but only in the realm of doing something because you can and power efficiency as I'm sure there are a few out there that care about this. Me personally Desktop hardware only, you get the most bang for you buck. P.S. this card is a little out of place in this build as it's the only white part in the build.
i want doing this for my old broken laptop
Pls review MSI katana b12 vek
still way faster than my laptop i daily drive and game on 😅 much much faster admittedly but I am buying pc parts at the moment!
the cpu wattage is so low, why??
11th gen intel is old
Me crying with my i7 4770 😭😭
so i just upgraded my pc and i can finally install windows 11 but should i ive heard alot oof bad about it?
I LOVE TASTYU BRIS
Um... this would be a great if you can make it into a small build
shouldve used sodimm to udimmm adapters for the ram smh
What is the best configuration for GTA online/ rp?
so, will it run cities skylines 2?
B is that rust on the mobo?
So 208 watts - and cpu is taking 25W and gpu 95W - so the rest of the computer is taking 88W - I guess dont use cheap PSU (go at least gold) and dont use useless RGB and than you can have efficient low consumtipn pc
NICE
Nice, but i kinda miss Fortnite in your testing 😂
It will be back!
You must be fun, ever wanted to try something just to see what happens? That’s what this is 🤡
@@ToastyBros thx😀
130W gaming gets far
what music is this??
👍🏾
I need this vidéo
What did the CAMM ddr5 say to the ddr3 and ddr4 modules,
You are SODIMM
What did the ddr3 and ddr4 reply,
CAMM on that's not punny.
i liked my own comment
i liked my own comment
I see this everywhere, can you explain it or something? 💀
Nobody cares
I also liked your comment
I liked the fact that you liked your own comment. 😂
Can you increase the power limit of the CPU with xtu? Might help a bit with the stutters.
You can straight up overclock it to 4.5ghz all core. Performs as good as Ryzen 5000 desktop chips. The version they have is as good as a Ryzen 5600.
Nothing laptop about it
w boys
hi
Hi
Plz reply guys
im somehow the 600th like and im the 60th comment crazy:p
I didn't like my own comment 🗿
I'm young and want to put together a hole computer could you show one getting put together in real time also do you guys live steam. just joking but it would be good for the younger viewer to get a put together vid also 75% of your vid is you guys playing games and that's boring I'm thinking about unsubscribing
