It's not possible because, a delivery person may run a bike 1 lakh kilometre in just one or two years and a car user may run bike only 10 thousand kilometre in 2 to 3 years.

I got my tyres, engine block, piston, clutch plates, brake fluid, cone set, coolant and air filter replaced at 50000km now it feels like a new motorcycle

I always want to see these type of videos, because you always explain everything very well.
I want to add few things as a maintenence tips like : please check condition of battery of your bike, because an old or damaged battery can damaged several electronic components of your bike and Please try to clean every possible wiring couplers of your bike with an electric contact cleaner. It will save a lot of unexpected expenses on your bike.

Chainset. 250+ cc bikes eat up chain set pretty fast and they're expensive as well. Chain lube and clean is okay but higher cc bikes have a different frequency time period of cleaning

I feel you should check your valve and throttle body cause most of you who lives in city due to pollution throttle body goes dirty and my bike (Apache 200) recommends 15k kms for valve clearance

Chhote chhote issue adress karta hun just like chain lube chain cleaning tyre pressure clutch wire brake pads etc.
